Who we are? MW MARKET DEVELOPMENT is a community of knowledge workers (specialists), whose founder Mike Mendez along with his team of associate consultants, have been formed over many years of experience in leading positions in sales and marketing departments of major transnational and national corporations operating in Mexico. Among these we may find: Procter & Gamble, Philip Morris, Pepsico, Alfa Group ( food and textile sectors ), Pfizer, Gerber, Cydsa ( drinking water pipes ), Honeywell ( security systems ), Kellogg's, Casa Domecq, M&M Mars and Unilever among other. It is thanks to the training received in these companies and to the opportunity to face risks, that our group of consultants has keep learning new knowledge and earning prestige as top performance advisers that solve problems by creating and distributing the information they have acquired. The market development is the focal point of our service proposal, a brand is a running business and our commitment is to provide the required knowledge assets that will make it work, doing that translates into expanding their distribution capabilities, to improve and/or implement new merchandising and service processes, to train and qualify the sales force and to develop promotional plans that in addition to attracting new customers will help build the identity of the brands. |
